How it works

1. The establishment installs the application on the tablet and performs the initial activation, providing the CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), responsible operator, and table number.

2. The tablet remains fixed on the table, ready to serve the customer at any time.

3. The customer touches the home screen, browses the menu, adds items to the cart, and confirms the order.

4. The order automatically goes to the kitchen, with complete registration in the restaurant's system.

5. At the end of the meal, the customer views the detailed bill on the tablet itself, with the option to split the amount by the number of people at the table.

Requirements

BS Pad was developed exclusively for Android tablets with a seven-inch or larger screen, operating in landscape orientation. The device needs a stable network connection to the establishment's server. Tablet activation is done by a restaurant administrator, with a code provided by the Build Solutions management panel.

Security and Privacy

All communications between the tablet and the server travel through encrypted connections. The application stores locally only information strictly necessary for tablet operation, such as device identification, linked table, and operator credentials. BS Pad does not collect personal data from the restaurant's end customer.
