Third class app. Not be able to lodge complaint through app, every time it shows complaint failed Not Satisfactory. Even after updating the version of app it shows complaint registration failed. Pathetic Service. Previous review was given on 24-Sep-24 but till now no solution is given by bses for app failure while lodging the complaint.

I just wanted to change the name on my bill. The service is so freaking ridiculous that even an online request needs to be raised between Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM. Why does an online request needs to be aligned with their working hours?! How is this making any sense?! Do they think, computers cannot store information outside of working hours? Or do they think the technology also has to work just like their physical offices? Inefficient, infuriating yet it's somehow funny.
