Third class app. Not be able to lodge complaint through app, every time it shows complaint failed Not Satisfactory. Even after updating the version of app it shows complaint registration failed. Pathetic Service. Previous review was given on 24-Sep-24 but till now no solution is given by bses for app failure while lodging the complaint.

Kindly enable the option to download duplicate bill as it was available before without login. It is very helpful for tenants who do not receive physical bills from landlords. But it is no longer available at present.
