Features & Capabilities

Map Visualization Module:
This module will provide the different layers of information basic map view and navigation tools to different stake holder departments and citizens.

Search and Query Module:
This module will provide query tools for users to search the map content based on the available attribute information provided in the GIS layers available with MCA. Users will have access to custom queries on Schools, education & ward facilities based on the GIS data availability.

Map Tools:
Users will have access to map tools to work with maps that are as follows:

Navigation bar:
Zoom in, Zoom out, Pan, full extent and north arrow.

Around Me
This widget will provide users to search & locate different POI’s across the GIS map based on their interest of selection of themes. Users can locate facilities & POI’s by buffer/radius & can locate feature with their descriptive information on map. Around me allows the users to quickly identify services/facilities around a specified location point. It shows a complete list of all the nearest service providers in all the layers (Bank, Bus Stop, Community Centre, Education, Learning Centre, Petrol Pump, Points of Tourist Interest, Police Station and Restaurant) selected along with the aerial distance.
