BSA Portal is an enterprise school management system that brings together school administration, teachers, and parents in a single application. All daily operations—from attendance and transportation tracking to payments and parent communication—are managed from one place.

FOR PARENTS
• Daily report of your child: sleep, nutrition, activity, and general condition
• Attendance records and absence information
• Direct messaging with teachers and school administration
• Activity calendar, announcements, and meal menu
• Photos shared from the class gallery
• Live location and stop information of the school bus
• Payment plan and collection tracking
• Appointment requests and progress reports

FOR TEACHERS
• Taking class attendance and entering daily reports
• Homework, lesson schedule, and activity management
• Messaging and sharing announcements with parents
• Student drop-off (departure) records
• Health information: tracking vaccinations, allergies, and medication instructions

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Student, parent, staff, and class management
• Payment plans, collections, and financial tracking
• School bus routes and driver assignments

• Sending announcements and notifications throughout the institution

FOR SUBJECT TEACHERS

LOCATION USAGE
In the service tracking feature, when the user in the driver role starts the service, the vehicle's location is shared in the background; parents can only view their child's service. Location sharing completely ends when the service is stopped. For subject teachers, the location is only obtained at that moment during school entry/exit records. Location permission is optional.

ACCOUNTS
There is no registration in the application. Accounts are created by your school administrator and login information is sent to you.
