I don't usually leave reviews, but this one was earned. My ChessUp 2 developed an LED issue several months after the warranty expired. The support team was responsive, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They repaired my board, and it came back working perfectly. I don't expect every situation to be handled the same way, but it's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended.

This is a great board to help you learn how to play. The fact that it is the lowest cost board with full piece recognition makes it even that much better! I am really enjoying my choice in going with ChessUp 2. Besides that, their support staff was very helpful in pointing me to the right learning track to get better at playing.
