| 2025-01-09 | I have installed a lot of BroadLink devices in my villa and I'm having issues with connectivity to the app every now and then. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in Dubai. I don't recommend BroadLink devices at all. It's better to spend little bit extra and go for the best quality in the market. | ||

| 2025-01-09 | Bought an S3 Smart Hub, but the app could not add the device either by device's QR code or by the WiFi method on 2 Android devices. There is also no place to enter the simple code (a few letters and numbers) represented by the QR code. The instructions are hard to follow for a 25+ year software developer (who made a custom WiFi network for this device in 5 minutes). (Probably too late to return the hub...) Instructions QR Codes point you to Facebook and YouTube landing pages... That smarts! | ||

| 2025-01-01 | Literally one of the worst experiences with a smart home device. You can't link your device to Google home because there's no authorisation code. The proprietary app does not visually show you if the device is on or off. Turning the device on or off from the same proprietary app does not always work. No help articles or troubleshooting guides anywhere to help with this. | ||

| 2024-08-17 | Love software that doesn't communicate with my hardware. My LED bulbs won't sync or connect. This was my first experience with broadlink and my last as I will be sticking with Tuya integrated devices and sending these bulbs back. 0/10. | ||

| 2024-08-08 | Will not load an authorisation code to link with voice services - update after response. This is even worse. I would like a refund for all the bulbs I bought now that I know its another bs trap to buy more equipment, using more ppwer and time and this was not clearly indicated when buying the bulbs in the first place. Pathetic. Uninstalling all of it and throwing it in the bin. | ||

| 2024-06-19 | Connection was fairly easy for the light bulbs and the hub. I did have one of the bulb kicked off and now cannot reconnect it. I haven't put much time into it but simply clicking the light on and off did not reset it. I don't see a reset button. I got a scene switch as well and it was quite a challenge to set up. Apparently, I just had to focus. It's been working since. FastCon broadlink devices do not work with this app in my experience. | ||
