WXJourney

WXJourney allows you to create custom weather forecasts by date and location - build the forecast for your travel itinerary. Multiple forecasts can be created and saved.

Forecast data is provided by the National Weather Service (NWS) and the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).

NWS date is available for 7 days from the current date and is used for locations within the U.S.

ECMWF data is available for 15 days from the current date and is used for locations outside of the U.S. or when NWS data is not available.

Forecast data automatically refreshes at 3AM, 9AM, 3PM, and 9PM UTC. No data loss occurs if the app attempts a refresh when no data connection is present.

The temperatures displayed for AM, PM, and EV are the predicted temperatures for 8AM, 2PM, and 8PM respectively.

The weather conditions displayed are for a range of six hours after the start of the respective time period.
