A-Space

A-Space is the official buyer app for Estella homeowners. It gives you a single place to follow everything about your property purchase, from booking through possession.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Dashboard — see the current status of your property at a glance, including
what's due and what's next.

My Bookings — view your booking details and track construction milestones as
each stage is completed.

My Payments — see your full payment history, what has been received, and what
is still outstanding. Every amount comes straight from your builder's records.

My Documents — access the documents related to your purchase, and upload any
paperwork your builder has asked you for.

Support Requests — raise a request or complaint, add details, and follow the
response without phone calls or email chains.

My Profile — keep your contact details current and manage your password and
notification preferences.

Bought more than one unit? Switch between your properties from the header at
any time.

IMPORTANT

A-Space is for existing Estella customers. Your account is created by your
builder you cannot register inside the app. If you have bought a property
and don't yet have login details, please contact your builder's sales or
customer care team.
