Even one star for this app is not entitled, but just rate with it because it's the minimal mandatory rating on reviews. It used to be a great company to order Korean products online before. I don't know why the services got crabbed, but it definitely seems they are out of control. However, the problem is that the company doesn't admit the issues they are facing and just shows off they are operating normally. No notifications at all! and this makes the customers upset the most!

정말 앱을 애정했던 사람으로써 리뷰를 작성합니다. 7월 중순 기준으로 무언가 큰 변화가 있었는지... 그 이전에는 배송이 조금 걸릴때도 때론 있었지만 참을만한 정도였습니다. 하지만 이제는 발주만 3달 넘게 기다려야하는 말이 안되는 서비스가 됬습니다. 직구 이용하시려면 다른 업체들을 사용하세요.
