2026-03-03	M *****	No longer works - lights don't turn on at the designated time. And, if manually switched on, lights don't turn off at the designated time. Also, can't connect remotely to the lights so can't operate them when away from home. 100% useless. ZERO STARS. Have reset the wifi router but this achieved nothing. The lights can be manually switched on and off by the app (when I'm home, not remotely) but this can more easily and more reliably be done with the light switch.

2025-12-26	Be*****	worked great for a few months. now wont work bulbs constantly flash and i can't get them to reconnect. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling clearing app data the bulbs connect then drop out in 10 minutes. very frustrating i have very good internet and i am good with tech and i still can't get it working properly. the app is unstable and frustrating

2025-12-01	ph*****	Now hourly usage has been removed from all my devices. Only 2 days ago I could see it. A great feature removed. the feature is there it just depends on which plug you have. but hard to know as the plugs are all identical models. just only the UI in app change, 3 different versions.
