Lockout Parent

Lockout Parent is the control center for the Lockout study system. Set study goals for your child, and they earn their screen time by completing them. It works together with the Lockout companion app on your child's device.

HOW IT WORKS
You set the rules from this app: how much study your child does, which subjects, and how much free time they earn. The companion app on your child's device presents the study work and unlocks their free time once the goal is met. You stay in control of everything.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Add your children and pair their devices with a simple code
- Set a daily study goal and minimum reading time
- Choose what your child studies — reading passages, math practice, or rotate through subjects
- Set how much free time they earn
- Write your own homework, or scan a worksheet
- Import assignments from your child's teacher
- Set a study schedule for the week
- Add emergency contacts your child can always reach
- Protect all settings behind a parent PIN

FREE AND PREMIUM
Lockout is free to use — on the free plan, your child picks their own subject to study. Premium unlocks full control: choose or rotate subjects, set daily goals and reading minimums, write or scan homework, import teacher assignments, and manage up to 5 children and 15 devices.

FOR PARENTS, BY DESIGN
Everything in Lockout is controlled by you. Your child cannot change the settings — they're protected by your PIN. The companion app is designed to be clear and friendly for kids, while you keep full oversight from this app.

PRIVACY
Lockout is built with privacy in mind. We collect only what's needed to run the study system, we never sell data, and we never share it with advertisers. Photos of worksheets are read on your own phone and are never uploaded. Full details are in our privacy policy: https://brightermindapps.com/privacy
