Bright Torch: Penguin Light

BrightPulse Flashlight provides quick torch access with simple power control, optional flashing mode, and SOS signaling. Use it for basic light access, repeating strobe patterns, and emergency-style signal patterns on devices with supported camera flash hardware.

The app includes a main light control screen, signal controls, strobe speed settings, saved pattern preference, and an about screen explaining local settings. Flash behavior presets are included in the app package.

The reviewed build requests CAMERA permission to access and control the device camera flash as a flashlight. It declares camera flash hardware as optional and does not request location, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, or broad storage
