BriefCheck is a mobile application that uses AI-powered text recognition and analysis to help you effortlessly understand and organize your documents, such as letters, notices, and invoices.

Key features at a glance:

Easy document capture: Simply photograph your documents with your camera, import images from your gallery, or upload PDFs. Multi-page documents are also easily supported.

Smart AI analysis: Our app uses automatic text recognition (OCR), summarizes document content for you, and extracts important information. This allows us to instantly recognize the sender, date, deadlines, and even payment information such as the amount and IBAN.

Data protection & redaction: Your privacy is important to us! You can manually mark sensitive areas in the document. These will be redacted locally on your device before the data is transmitted.

Automatic organization: BriefCheck automatically sorts your documents into categories such as finance (e.g., invoices), government (e.g., notices), health, or work.

Action Steps: The app automatically guides you through the necessary steps and displays deadlines for each action. Completed tasks can be easily checked off. Your rights to object or appeal official notices, including their expiration dates, are also clearly displayed.

Fraud and Spam Protection: BriefCheck visually warns you of suspicious documents (e.g., phishing, prize scams, or foreign IBANs) and categorizes them into three risk levels.

Integrated Scanner: Scan barcodes and QR codes directly within the document – ​​including GiroCode for quick extraction of SEPA payment data.

- Your document images and analysis results are securely stored on servers within the European Union.
