Terrible bank, terrible app. They want to be a big institution but apparently hired a blindfolded toddler to make their app. So, you get all the fees of a Wells Fargo with absolutely none of the convenience. EDIT: Just tried calling their customer service and, get this, they wanted me to leave a voicemail. I'm 2024. Can't even be bothered to have someone to answer the phones.

Mobile banking, you have to be joking I have taken photos of my checks hundreds of times, clear readable pictures, doesn't work, their mobile banking app has many other issues, they don't seem concerned with providing solutions or trying to improve anything having to do with their mobile app. During the pandemic they began charging monthly services fees for their "free" checking accounts. Been a customer for almost 20 years, used to be great, won't be a customer for much longer.
