2026-08-27	A *****	Too many ads No response to bad robot bids or fixes to issues I've emailed BBO no less than eight times regarding bids done by the robots specifying that they held a certain hand based on the information shown for that particular bid and it would be nowhere close to the hand that they should or have a minimum amount of points..not! Bad App.

2026-08-18	Ri*****	I've been a BBO member since 2001. It was great until Fred Gitelman left. It was even good when Uday ran it. It has gone downhill ever since. A few days ago, they announced new terms of service and I ceased using the app. They refuse to refund the $3 left in my account.
