BrewOS

BrewOS is a brewing tool designed to design and record the production process of traditional Korean alcoholic beverages and distilled spirits.

By inputting ingredients, water, nuruk (rice mold), enzymes, yeast, and fermentation conditions, you can check the estimated mash volume, alcohol content, and fermentation changes. During the distillation process, you can view graphs showing the estimated distillate and changes in distillate volume.
