App is now completely useless for EFP shareholders. Can't log in at all. Says no account exists but I've checked with Brewdog via email - they said the account is fine and that they're developing a new app. That was summer last year. Come on. Lucky I've got my old plyshical card which I've been advised to use but that means having to risk losing my seat if visiting alone. The 'forgot password' link never bloody works either.

I've been unable to login every since I got this app. Doesn't accept my email stating that no account exists. Redirects me too the brewdog website which I can then login just fine. Therefore when I get to any bar I cannot use the app to prove I'm a shareholder and I miss my bar discounts EVERY SINGLE TIME. Bar staff at one place said that a new app is being developed, but that was 6 months ago. And yes, I've reported my issue to brewdog support and had no response. 😔
