A big bag of worms (bugs). Sometimes, the app doesn't start for more than 2 minutes. In-person participants are listed as virtual. Multiple records for some participants, including outdated info and info not released by people. For leads scanning, most of the March Meeting-2023, the system was not displaying the leads info on the scanning phone. Exported leads Excel sheet is missing multiple leads. Emails to the mysterious Joe Kenson bounce. Customer support responds to you in the 3rd person.

Completely nonfunctional for the duration of the 2023 March Meeting -- could not log in for several days, when that was resolved could not view sessions.
