BrandVista: Field Force

BrandVista is a field-operations app for teams that run on-ground branding campaigns such as wall painting, dealer boards and other outdoor branding work. It helps field workers capture proof of work on site and gives marketing teams a clear, verified record of what was done, where and when.

Accounts in BrandVista are created and provisioned by your organization. If your company or agency uses BrandVista, you will be given a username to sign in. The app is built for authorized field staff and marketing teams, not for public sign-up.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Capture GPS-verified proof
Take task photos directly in the app. Each photo is stamped with the site's GPS location so your team can confirm the work was done at the correct place.

Work through your tasks
See the tasks assigned to you, with site details, dimensions and status. Record recce, in-progress and completed stages as you go.

Wall painting and dealer boards
Log wall-painting jobs and dealer-board installations with the measurements and details your campaign needs.

Keep a backup
Task photos are saved to a BrandVista album in your device gallery, so you always have a copy of your work.

Clear reporting for teams
Everything captured on the ground flows into campaign reports, giving marketing teams and their clients an accurate view of execution without chasing updates.

BrandVista is made for the realities of field work: quick photo capture, location proof and simple task tracking that works out in the field. It replaces scattered photos, spreadsheets and manual follow-ups with one organized flow from recce to verified proof to reporting.

PERMISSIONS

Camera: to take task photos in the app.
Location: to stamp your photos with the site's GPS coordinates for verification. Location is only used while you are actively capturing work. The app does not track your location in the background.
Photos and media: to save a backup copy of your task photos to your device.
