2026-07-27	Ju*****	I really like what this app can do but it will not seem to allow me to access series I have favourited without WiFi (despite setting it to download favourite and bookmarks). when I am travelling is when I am most likely to read and often I cannot get it to load without internet. I stopped using it for a few years due to this but have come back because I am preparing for N2 and it was honestly invaluable for improving my reading when I was building up to N3 and working through wanikani.

2026-06-07	R *****	Very convenient app that feature all kind of Japanese stories to read. The stories range from simple animal stories for beginners to advanced material. And you can click on any word to get instant meaning and explanation instead of having to flip through a dictionary. Highly recommended.

Its the whole package - entertaining stories in natural language, repeated phrases and expressions that build in your memory, instant in-context translations, detailed grammar and culture notes, full sentence translations, and fantastic voice acting. Also a great comment section in each chapter where the editors are actively replying to questions!
