2024-12-30	Je*****	Back to two stars: when using this in the car it, for some reason, activates the phone (?!)? Even if you hang up the phone it keeps reconnecting! --- Good app, but lately it keeps notes (especially pictures) listed as queued. In the latest version they do get sent but the 'queued' icon remains. This is not good for my OCD as I do not have confirmation that vital info has reached my mailbox.

2023-03-05	Da*****	Works ok once I got past the set-up. But beware - it has an irritating hidden quirk. I pasted in my email address and everything looked fine, except the final 'Next' button refused to work. Turns out that it won't accept an email address if you paste it in - you have to laboriously type it. You'd think it might tell you what's gone wrong, but no - it just appears to have crashed.

2022-06-13	Ti*****	Just started using Braintoss to quicly capture tasks and thought to my task managing app. This works well so far. No problems with emails not being sent so far. What I'm missing is custom name/label for the different email addresses, as the email adresses(per list) of my app are non-descriptive. That would make choosing the right address from the send button much more usable. If it would be possible to just show the custom label there (optiinal setting), that would be neat.

2022-04-28	Jo*****	This worked fantastically well, right up until the point where suddenly emails stopped arriving. After contacting support, I learned that there had been a bug, it had gotten fixed but the workaround for me getting back to a working system will result in losing all the notes that didn't get sent. That's not how a capture tool works. A capture tool needs to be a RELIABLE way to get thoughts out of my head so that I can TRUST that I will get a chance to process those thoughts at a more appropriate time. Braintoss has lost that trust - I will find another way to capture.

2022-04-03	Gr*****	I love GTD and took this recommendation seriously. I love the app concept and use it extensively. Would rate it 5 if it was working properly and sending out email. App is currently stuck with about 8 in queue for over 2 weeks and no response from support.

2021-11-14	Dr*****	Okay-ish app to record notes and forward the transcription to an email address. But quite buggy: whenever I record a note and click the "send" button, it automatically starts recording a new note. Even with the screen turned off. Somehow I eventually got 20 empty voice notes in a few minutes while I was carrying my phone in my pocket.

2021-10-09	Pa*****	Happy that found this app. Excellent for brain purge. Using it for making book chapter summary while reading. Also fix tasks to do and other stuff according to GTD approach. Limit for voice recording stimulates me to summarize thoughts in an efficient manner and do it very quickly thus saving me bunch of time. Voice to text recognition works not excellent, but more or less ok, often have to listen to original recording to correct recognized text.

2020-12-21	Ju*****	This is honestly one of the most valuable apps I have. When it comes to capturing your ideas, speed is critical, and Braintoss delivers. In just seconds and with no more than 2 clicks, I can capture text or voice notes and send them to my inbox to process later. Simple and effective.

2020-12-08	Mo*****	Wonderful app, that I've been using for years. I can be much more relaxed, not having to remember everything that pops up in my mind. I 'pop' it in Braintoss! Efficient! I am able to take care of many more things, without stress. And they have great support. Which I rarely have to make use of.

The design is sleek and works perfectly. There are more settings than the ones shown on the menu (write "settings", send yourself the note and instructions will be emailed back. I use it 30-40 times a day. Update: The development team fixed a issue I had by releasing a new version in a few hours. Two thumbs up!
