I've been using this app for the last 3+ years. The customer service is great for team and player intros. The turnaround time is excellent. If you need a redo of a certain pronunciation, they are on it! There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get over that, it's pretty simple to navigate. I've received compliments at games and tournaments from this app. An important thing to remember is to get an appropriate speaker, walkup songs with great quality, and proper cue points.

I paid but I wasnt able to add other players it keep telling me to pay what a joke

I have a Samsung phone and is very difficult to try to download free songs for walk-up music. Simple Song Downloader worked great last year, but is now only for Apple phones.
