2026-07-25	Ja*****	Doesn't even let me sign up on the web page. I tried using sign-up with google account and in app it doesn't even have the option. Used my Google email and says not valid credentials. A total mess and not even an account created. Awful.

2026-07-20	D.*****	Broke App corrupted or erased 95% of my files. No acess to data from app or web, a core system fail. 0% trust in box's functionality. I hope there is a function to restore. Will dispute the charges of rerenew as non delivery or possible fraud. Years of unique data lost from a backup is inexcusable. Do your job! (backups, dr, and icr) Gets a 1 because 0 isn't an option. A system leaving money on the table by making a good product lose all reputation. Use a different app, much unknown and failure.

Allows to upload/download individual files or complete folder in one go. 10gb storage provided with free plan which is good enough to keep your documents.
