I loved the Hancock Shuttle. Mr. Garcia was always on time, polite& fun to talk with. The Hancock Village Shuttle at Chestnut Hill, MA was cancelled, because only a few residents took advantage of the free friendly ride to the Green line train, at Reservoir.

This app has a pretty awful user interface. The "getting started" screenshots that appear at launch are hard to understand (avoid = skip, for some reason) and the images do not match the experience I have when I view the map. For instance, I see my route in blue and the shuttle icon but when I click the route, it says no available shuttles. Hard to know if this route mapper app is functional or not. Updates needed.
