BOSEC

The BOSEC App is a secure digital platform designed to help members apply for memberships, manage insurance policies, and make payments conveniently.

The app allows users to apply for General, Associate, or Life Membership through a guided step-by-step process. Users can optionally add spouse and dependent details and upload photographs during the application.

Insurance services include applying for Super Topup, Existing Group, and Children Group policies. Members can view policy details, premium information, and make secure payments using an integrated payment gateway.

The app supports separate login and registration flows for BSPWA Members and Other Members. Authentication is handled using Member ID or MIN Number with PIN, including OTP-based PIN generation and recovery.

After login, users can access dashboards to view and edit member details, check subscription and premium details, view transaction history, download payment receipts, and access digital insurance e-cards.

This application is intended for registered members and eligible users only and follows secure data handling and privacy practices.

Security features include secure login with PIN and optional device-based biometric authentication for user convenience. Biometric authentication is handled by the device operating system and no biometric data is stored or accessed by the application.

The BOSEC app securely connects to official backend services hosted at mobile.bspwa.in.
