As many others say, the interoperability between the earbuds, phone, and this app are just dogs••t. I literally took my earbuds out and smashed them with a hammer. I'll go use something else.... anything else is better than $300 earbuds that can't even connect to be used. GFY BOSE.

my headphones refuse to connect to the app and all I'm getting is a constant connecting error without it ever going forward. that or whenever I open the app it won't crash but refuses to load past the Bose screen it just started doing this today and now I can't use the app at all
