Worked during trial. Stopped working when i subscribed. Dashboard was not getting updated. Daily reports never worked. Didn't correctly identify inappropriate message, too many false positives, probably because SMS has its own language which is different from normal language. Helpdesk was not able to fix issue. Will uninstall once the one month subscription ends.
