ICD 10 - International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, Tenth Revision - is a normative document with a generally accepted statistical classification of medical diagnoses, which is used in healthcare to unify methodological approaches and international comparability of materials. Developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). The words “Tenth Revision” mean the 10th version (10th edition) of the document since its inception (1893). At the moment, the ICD 10th revision is valid; it was adopted in 1990 in Geneva by the World Health Assembly, translated into 43 languages ​​and used in 117 countries. This version is current as of November 2022.
This application is a reference system for ICD 10. Distinctive features of the program:

- you can find the disease you need by selecting the appropriate class and further by heading, or through a search - you need to enter the disease code in English or start entering a keyword from the diagnosis in Russian, the search begins immediately;
- adding diseases to Favorites by one click on the star next to the ICD code will help you quickly open frequently used diagnoses;
- the help section describes in detail all work with the application;
- also for convenient work there is a button to quickly exit the application.
This application is intended for use in medical organizations (doctors, paramedics, nurses, registrars, heads of organizations and departments, statisticians, experts), as well as in structures related to medicine (insurance companies, organizations of medical statistics and healthcare informatization).
The application does not contain banners or interstitial advertising.
