2026-05-29	Pr*****	for registration you are asking all card details that to with cvv, this is very bad. I don't know if app is authentic or not. You should ask mobile no. and fetch internally all the details. if app is wrong we will provide all details and then who is going to follow up.

2026-02-04	Ja*****	Terrible experience with Thomas Cook study buddy card. The agent said that the card would be accepted all over UK. And after I moved to the university, I couldn't buy anything using the card. Every shop mentioned that they don't accept these cards. Still trying to figure out a way to retrieve the money from this card.

The website is horrible, cannot reload a Forex via website without jumping through hoops - doesn't make sense when I am already travelling. The TC Agent needs 24 hrs to reload card. Why does this service even exist if it affords a world of inconvenience and certainly not to be counted upon in a pinch!
