ServiceCore

ServiceCore is a service management (ITSM) platform that allows organizations to manage their IT and support processes from a single center. This mobile application enables employees to create requests, support teams to track records from the field, and managers to instantly finalize pending approvals.

IMPORTANT: The application works with your organization's ServiceCore server. To use it, ServiceCore must be installed in your organization and you must have a user account assigned to you. Upon initial launch, you will connect to your server by scanning the QR code provided by your organization.

CREATE A RECORD
• Open a Call, Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, Task, and Improvement record
• Select the relevant title from the service catalog
• Fill in the form fields defined specifically for your organization

TRACK YOUR RECORDS
• See the records assigned to you and the records you have opened in a single list
• Quickly find the record you are looking for with search, filter, and pagination
• Read the status, priority, assigned person, and date information at a glance

ACT IN DETAIL
• Add notes, read the correspondence on the record
• Enter the work record and process the time spent
• View and advance subtasks
• Update the record, close it with solution information

ADD PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS
• Take a photo instantly with the camera and add it to the record
• Upload images from the gallery or documents from your device
• View files attached to the record

FINALIZE APPROVALS
• View pending contract, change, and request approvals
• Approve or reject by writing a description

SUMMARY ON THE HOME PAGE VIEW
• Track your open records and pending approvals with numeric cards
• Access the relevant list in one step by tapping the card

ASSISTANCE AND INVENTORY
• View asset and configuration item (CI) records, create new ones
• Review assets associated with a record from the detail screen

SECURITY
The application only connects to your organization's own ServiceCore server; your data remains on your organization's server. Session information is stored in an encrypted area on the device. There are no ads or third-party marketing tracking within the application.
