Very very bad customer service Actually there is an order of mine but I don't like it a bit and want to get it returned but they're not responding to me at all ,only once they replied to me and then after I replied back to them 3 times they did not respond and my 1200 money is totally wasted I guess

It is been 8 days but no update on when will the books will get delivered. It's very disappointing. They don't have tracking. When I call it's switch off or unable to reach. No reply to mails. Feel cheated and worse service.
