2026-08-06	Er*****	While it's never been the best app, I feel like recently it's become almost unusable. Any time I try to navigate to a new section it takes forever to load, freezes when you try to return to the home screen, and pulling up any book details locks it to the screen and you cannot drag the window back down to return to searching. I spend so much time closing and reopening the app, it's incredibly frustrating.

It glitches nearly every time I use it and it just won't work. the "centennial" tab just launches a browser, then goes back to the app without actually showing the centennial stuff. Let me see the bookmarks!!! Viewing all books takes forever to load and half the time I have to restart the app. Love the service, absolutely hate the app. Get it together please.

2026-08-05	Sh*****	I can hardly use the app anymore. It freezes, won't load or if by chance it does work if takes several minutes after tapping on something for it to load. Usually, it just freezes and becomes unusable. This needs to be FIXED!!
