The New Starting Point Sports Center of Taiwan Adventist Hospital was founded in June 1994 and officially became a self-operated unit of Taiwan Adventist Hospital in April 1998. The sports center adheres to the mission of providing a professional, safe, comfortable, and diverse environment and courses for the public to choose from, and is based on the concept of preventive medicine and establishes the concept of national health promotion. Tai Adventist Hospital's vision: to be the benchmark for medical satisfaction and a model for preventive medicine. It has always been the management philosophy followed by the sports center. It is hoped that by participating in the sports center courses, the public can develop a lifelong habit of regular exercise, which will affect everyone around them and promote the national sports atmosphere and culture. This sports center is different from ordinary gyms. The course design and planning are targeted at different ethnic groups, and related physical fitness courses suitable for various ethnic groups are planned, including LOHAS courses for pregnant women, corporate workplace health promotion, evergreen silver-haired people, and students. Project, metabolic syndrome... and other related courses. The sports center is located in the health management building of Taiwan Adventist Hospital and is separate from the medical building, allowing people to exercise with more peace of mind. The sports center has relevant professional resources from Taiwan Adventist Hospital, including doctors, nutritionists, and health managers, and has a very advantageous integrated professional lineup.
