One student per hour, with multiple options available, allowing you to arrange your workouts freely.

The main facilities of the training center are categorized as follows: Aerobic Exercise Area: Treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, fan bikes, stair climbers; Strength Training Area: Free weights: Squat racks, barbells, hex bars, Smith machine, dumbbells (1kg-50kg); Functional Training Area: Sleds, battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, vaulting boxes, pull-up bars, TRX equipment; Machines: Chest press machines, butterfly machines, shoulder press machines, fly machines, lat pulldown machines, seated row machines, standing hack machines, lying leg press machines, glute and leg machines, thigh adduction and abduction machines, leg kick machines, lying leg hook machines; Stretching and Relaxation Area: Foam rollers, rollers, yoga mats, massage balls; Aerobic Classroom: Capacity 1-10 people, double-sided floor-to-ceiling windows for ample natural light, complete with sound system and air conditioning. The two-story building includes restrooms on both floors. Shower rooms and hair dryers are available on the first floor.

A subscription system for self-training programs is available:

Single Entry: Unlimited entry and exit at any time.
Monthly Pass: Membership is not tied to a contract. Unlimited entry times and hours; access to equipment on both the first and second floors.

Six-Month Pass: Unlimited access to equipment on both the first and second floors.

If you prefer a more relaxed experience away from peak hours, off-peak hours are also suitable! Weekdays: 5:30-8:30am, 12:30-3:30pm
Weekends: 5:30-8:30am, 12:00-3:00pm, 6:00-10:30pm. All equipment used in the venue is made of non-toxic materials, and air purifiers are run continuously, ensuring fresh and odor-free air.
