The NIA Library digital library system is a modern library management system accessible and readable on all devices such as PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. It allows for both online and offline reading. The Android system contains organizational data, e-book databases, e-magazines, e-social resources, and various multimedia content.

Features of the NIA Library program:
1. Users can download books to read anywhere. It has an automatic borrowing and returning system, eliminating the need for reminders and the fear of forgetting. Reading is done in flip format, simulating a physical book.
2. Sharing is done via online social networks, and a comment and rating system is in place.
3. Users have a personal bookshelf and can download desired books to their bookshelf for offline reading.
4. Categories are used to categorize books, similar to the website.
5. The reading view allows for zooming in and out.
6. Borrowed e-books and e-magazines (with copyright) are automatically returned after the specified period.
7. Bookmarks and notes can be added to any page, and a bookmark index is available to navigate to saved pages.
8. E-books and e-magazines (with copyright) can be reserved.
