Bookbell: Business Bookings

Bookbell is the booking diary for anyone whose day runs on bookings: hairdressers and barbers, beauty therapists, cleaners and trades, tutors and trainers, taxi and private hire drivers. Add a booking in seconds, and Bookbell rings before every one of them.

NEVER MISS A BOOKING
• Alerts 60, 30, 15, 10 and 5 minutes before each booking, with Bookbell’s own bell sound
• Call, get directions or send “I’m outside” straight from the alert
• Your next booking counting down at the top of the diary

BOOK IN SECONDS
• Say it: speak the booking (“Sarah Jones, Tuesday at ten, cut and colour, sixty pounds”) and Bookbell fills it in
• Paste a client’s WhatsApp, text or email and Bookbell picks out the day, time, name, phone, address and price
• Your regular clients and places suggested as you type
• Repeat bookings, or book again in one tap
• Attach photos, PDFs and job sheets to any booking

SET UP FOR YOUR WORK
Tell Bookbell what you do and it sets itself up to match:
• Clients come to you: salons, barbers, therapists, trainers, lessons
• You go to your clients: mobile hair and beauty, cleaning, trades, dog walking, tutoring
• Taxi and chauffeur: pickups, drop-offs, flight numbers and account jobs

RUN YOUR BUSINESS
• Invoices as PDFs for a client or an account, for one booking, a week or a month
• Mark bookings paid by cash, card or bank, and see what’s still owed
• Your clients in one place, with what each has spent
• Expenses and business mileage, with your tax-year summary
• Message clients in one tap with ready-made texts, by SMS or WhatsApp
• Video call links on bookings

ASK BOOKBELL
Ask your diary, typed or out loud: “What’s on tomorrow?”, “How much have I made this week?”, “Who hasn’t paid yet?”

YOUR CALENDAR, CLAUDE AND CHATGPT
Bookings can go into your Google calendar, and bookings added there come back into Bookbell. With them in Google Calendar, you can use your diary with Claude or ChatGPT too.

PREMIUM AND PRIVATE
• Eight colour themes, light and dark
• Fingerprint or face lock
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Your bookings stay on your phone.
