BoltoPOD Driver is the field app for truck drivers working for a carrier that uses BoltoPOD. You will need an invite from your dispatcher to sign in — this app is not a standalone service.

PROOF OF DELIVERY THAT HOLDS UP
Capture the consignee's signature on screen, photograph the signed bill of lading, and record where and when the delivery happened. Everything is attached to the right load automatically, so nothing gets separated from its paperwork.

BUILT FOR DEAD ZONES
Loading docks and rural routes lose signal. BoltoPOD Driver keeps working. Deliveries, photos and signatures are saved on your phone and sync by themselves the moment you are back online. You will never lose a POD because the bars dropped, and you will never be blocked waiting for a connection.

REPORT EXCEPTIONS PROPERLY
Damaged freight, a short count, a refused delivery — record it with photos and notes at the moment it happens, while the evidence is in front of you.

KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK STRAIGHT
Your license, medical card and endorsements live in your profile, so you are not digging through a glovebox when someone asks. Log trip expenses as you go.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Get notified when dispatch assigns you a new load or changes one you are already on.

PERMISSIONS, AND WHY
Camera — to scan your company invite code and photograph delivery documents.
Photos — to attach pictures of paperwork you already took.
Location — recorded once at the moment you capture a proof of delivery, so the place and time can be verified. Never collected in the background. If you decline, deliveries still work.
Notifications — so dispatch can reach you about your loads.

This app contains no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.
