2024-02-09	Se*****	Always so slow to log in, but there are also times when you just can't log in at all. It just sits there, loading and loading and loading. Happens too often. A year later, still slower than a slug. Can't even access zelle 80% of the time and have to try another time. Then another time. Then another time. Fix your app. Also highly infuriating: you can't do a mobile deposit, because it keeps saying it can't read the check. It only works one out of ten checks for me. -_-

2021-12-29	EY*****	Really bad, the worst bank app ever. I have chase and BMO and do not have any problem..m but this bank app is hard to open and deposit. Always rejected. The limit is also problem.

2021-10-29	Sc*****	They lie about their service they tell you if you make a mobile deposit before 5:00 it will be credited that day that's not true in the last 6 months I have made deposits before 5:00 as much as 20 minutes before and they do not give me credit and they charge me for return check fees I've had it happen between three and four and six and seven times they charged me hundreds of dollars in return check fees. Don't trust them!
