2024-12-13	Ha*****	It was working perfectly before I purchased my membership of a year and when I did, after using like 2 discounts it stopped working for me completely. The restaurants don't load, it doesnt keep me logged in, the vouchers don't load. Extremely bad service. Update, turns out they finished my 1 year membership by theirselves and didn't refund me or anything. Edit. They responded by this but when I tried logging in to see if the extension was actually given, my account showed invalid.

I had previously uninstalled the app due to poor user experience. But having heard good reviews came back and downloaded the latest version. It feels good to be back!

2024-07-23	Ka*****	It's been a few months and the app isn't working at all. It either takes half an hour to load or doesn't load at all. What's the point of the app if one cannot use it to browse options or avail the offers if the app doesn't load. Kindly fix this or give a refund on the subscription.

2024-05-19	us*****	I bought BOGO in November. I used one offer, but since then, the BOGO app has had a lot of issues and doesn't load at all. To resolve this issue, I call their call center 2-3 times a day, but the calls go through, and no one answers. I recommend everyone stop using BOGO!

Pathetic service, what is the use of buying membership for the whole year if the app is so slow half of the year... Waste of money and disappointing experience..
