I've been using this company for years. I have many of their products and love the workouts. live, recorded, historical, it's all there. any and all body part for any age. go at your own pace. app is great. download, save favorites, keep track of what program you are doing

I have been using bodylastics bands and the workouts since their inception and have been very happy with them. Changing over to the app had me worried but it has really worked fine. I have a Samsung TV and can mirror my phone so I don't worry about a small screen.

Amazing app. I've been using it since it came out and other BodyLastics workouts before. Even with that I still find new workouts I've never done or knew about.

I do not want this app on my phone, I"ll put it on my PC, never on my phone. I need to access the workouts on my PC while at home.
