PRIVACY, CLEARLY EXPLAINED
• No account or login.
• No ads and no advertising SDK.
• No analytics SDK in the app.
• Personal practice data—settings, schedules, session history, reading progress, bookmarks, and downloaded audio—is stored locally on your device.
• Bundled tools and previously downloaded content remain available offline.
• Internet access is used to refresh the read-only content catalog, download audio you choose, load map tiles, and return temple search results.
• Location is requested only when you start a nearby Temple Finder search. BodhiDaily does not save it to your profile or practice history. To return results, your coordinates—or a city or area you enter—are sent to map and search services for that request.
• Notifications are scheduled locally.
• Export a JSON backup, restore it with confirmation, hide progress, or permanently delete local data from Settings.

CONTENT WITH CONTEXT
Canonical passages identify their source and translation. Original guides are labelled as editorial, not scripture. Observance dates vary by country, temple, calendar, and tradition; BodhiDaily presents them as references and does not claim religious authority.
