Buying in “bulk” is the fastest way to drastically reduce your waste and your environmental footprint.
With bocally, bulk is “easy”.
You place your order wherever and whenever you want online or on the mobile app.
We prepare it in our workshop according to protocols designed for impeccable hygiene and food safety.

You don't have to bother with your own containers (wash them, weigh them empty, fill them without spilling, etc.) because we do all this with our returnable containers.
You just have to put them aside to return them to us on a future order, without even washing them.
We clean them according to the professional hygiene standards in force, and we reuse them for other orders.
This process of reusing containers is approximately 80% less energy-intensive and polluting than the production or recycling of new jars and bottles (ADEME study).


The jars are the hub of this new way of shopping. Hence the name bocally.

A glass jar is the only perfectly washable and infinitely reusable container. It is also a buried memory of the homemade preserves of our (great) grandmothers. There is only good in a jar. The "ly" to suggest a way of doing things, a mode of operation.

bocally is more than a grocery store or a convenience store. This is a new era in food distribution, more respectful, responsible and sustainable.

How it works ?

1. You order online or via the app 24/7
2. You choose the click&collect or delivery time slot
3. We prepare your products in returnable jars
4. You pay upon receipt of your order (preferably mobile payment), with immediate deduction of the instructions you return.
5. You keep your empty jars to return them to us with the next order


The returnable jars are the central element of this project: it is what really makes it possible to reduce waste and ensure the viability of the system.
We count on you to return them to us regularly and in good condition to allow their reuse.

Our containers are valued as follows:
• jar / bottle / generic cotton bag (including product collars): €1 each
• bottles or jars from producers: €0.10 to €0.50 depending on the producer
• large format delivery bag or crate: €3
• small delivery bag: €2
