| 2024-09-24 | Hello Bank does not allow to upload photo of invoices or pdf together with a transaction. This makes it a lot harder to keep track of invoices. | ||

| 2024-03-05 | Tried updating the application to access my accounts. Does not work. Tried uninstalling the app, redownloaded it and it still keeps asking me to update. Cleared the cache & data, still keeps asking me to update. And when I try to update, it redirects me to the app store where my only options are - uninstall or open the application. Endless loop with no results. Prior to release these things should be checked in advance.What if i need to make an urgent payment? Are you going to pay for the fines? | ||

| 2023-05-12 | Would be nice if the service sold to me would actually inspire confidence and reliability. It happens more than often, try making a simple transfer from my savings account to my main; "Due to a technical problem this service is temporarily available." Thx, much appreciated so helpful wow, who needs their money anyway? Thanks for the professionalism. | ||

| 2023-04-28 | App resets my pin code after asking that my phone be on automatic date and time. Which it already is. Hopefully this will soon be fixed! Before this issue it functioned correctly for years. On Fairphone 3 Updated phone and app 6th of March and reconnected, no issues yet . | ||

| 2023-04-23 | Whoever develops this app SERIOUSLY needs to review the Android App Lifecycles, specifically the part about restoring state, and *not* restoring it. I have had so many payments break because the app just throws me a "your session has expired" modal after I tap a bancontact link, it's infuriating. If the app has been in the background for hours, and It gets raised for a bancontact intent, I don't care that my session has expired, and I sure as hecc don't want it to cancel the intent! | ||

| 2022-07-29 | Promising, you can select multiple languages, and it seems it's properly translated. Then you receive your card, try to log in, and an error. You call the support, "english operators are occupied" so you must chose a French or Dutch one (neither German) finally you receive an extra instruction to activate the card: that's an automata over a number which is only available in French. I fear if to open an acc is that complicated, doing actual banking would be even worse. At least a great start. | ||

The common issue I've been encountering is the "Incorrect fingerprint input" whenever I try to login my account using my fingerprint, even though it's the correct finger, even when I switch to PIN code input, it considers them as wrong as well.. pretty stupid innit? So everytime I have to reopen my account through the app just so I can see my balance, it's pretty annoying. | ||

Just to add because I don't know how to reply to the answer - the problem is not due to the connection on my device, and it persists for several days, while I use the phone and other apps without any problem | ||
