Alaka is a marketplace that combines shopping, store management, and delivery in one app. Select your governorate, browse available stores, products, and offers, then place your order with cash on delivery.

For the customer:

• Browse stores, products, and prices without creating an account or password.

• Add products to your cart and review the total and delivery cost before confirming your order.

• Save your contact information and address for easier ordering, and optionally share your delivery location when ordering.

• Track your order status and receive notifications for updates if you enable notifications.

• Save your favorite stores for easy access.

For the merchant:

• Log in to your business account to manage your store's products, images, prices, and availability.

• Track, accept, prepare, and assign delivery personnel.

• Manage your delivery personnel accounts and track order status.

For the delivery personnel:

• Log in to the account provided by the merchant to view your assigned orders.

• View delivery details and contact information, and confirm delivery within the app.

You can also view job opportunities posted in your selected governorate. Merchant and sales representative accounts are for business purposes only; self-registration is not available for these roles.

The app saves previously uploaded images and market data to expedite display during periods of poor connectivity. Order submission and status updates require an internet connection.

Availability of stores, products, offers, and delivery options depends on the selected governorate and store. Prices and availability are checked upon order submission, and payment is currently only accepted upon delivery.
