The Telemedicine Home Health Care Project is a project that focuses on developing a home health care system through the use of modern technology and innovation. The main objectives are as follows: Integrating technological innovations into spatial management: Using telecommunications technology, such as video calls and health applications, to enable doctors and nurses to contact and monitor patients’ symptoms quickly and efficiently. Using an electronic patient data management system (Electronic Health Records, EHR) to systematically collect patient health data and medical history. Comprehensive health care according to standards: Regular home health check-ups by a team of doctors and nurses, providing personal health care consultations and recommendations, and preparing and delivering medications as prescribed by a doctor. Reducing patient expenses: Reducing travel expenses to the hospital, reducing the cost of follow-up treatment and daily health care. Increasing access to home health care services: Focusing on diabetic patients, hypertension patients, elderly patients, and bedridden patients who need continuous care. Expanding services to areas with limited access in Amnat Charoen Province. This project has had a significant positive impact on the development of the health system in the area by increasing the convenience of accessing health services, reducing the economic burden on patients and their families, and helping to provide health care for the population in the area with higher quality and standards.
