Pickup ke liye ladka nhi hai, delivery ko ladka nhi hai. 48 hrs they promise aur hamesha inki ek machine kharaab rehti hai to delivery expected by 4 days bale tumhare paas pehenne ko hi ya nhi but double charge pe next day delivery lo to sab machine working. Fake promise of free pick and drop of clothes. Ladke kam hai aap hi de ye frequent hai.

2024-05-10	Ir*****	Apps keep crash when click on 'get started'. Trying to register the apps but just can't receive otp sent to my Airtel. Complained to the owner & developer but they say they got no problem on their side. So in the end I still can't register to use their apps. Their Chennai shop say coming to fetch my laundry today but when msg no reply. They even charge me 25 rupee for transport so I actually can ask them to fetch laundry anytime & not follow their time table
