Bluwa

Bluwa is the mobile application for the Bluwa ERP, designed for field teams in industrial and food processing companies.
Inventory Management
Track your batches in real time, manage stock entries and exits, and scan barcodes and QR codes to identify your products and raw materials. View available quantities, expiration dates, and quality status for each batch.
Receiving & Quality
Record your supplier receipts directly from the field. Report non-conformities, track quality controls, and manage batch release or blocking decisions.
Production
View your production orders, declare the quantities produced, and track component consumption. Raw material picking is guided batch by batch, with automatic FEFO (First Expired, First Out) compliance.
Logistics & Shipping
Prepare customer delivery notes from your smartphone. Scan the products to be shipped, confirm the picking, and receive an audible notification as soon as a new delivery note needs to be prepared. Inventory
Conduct your physical inventories item by item, with instant stock updates in the database.
Designed for the field
Optimized interface for use in warehouses or workshops, compatible with light and dark modes, and designed for quick adoption by operators.
Bluwa Mobile works in conjunction with the Bluwa ERP web interface, accessible via a browser for managers and supervisors.
