Update 02/26/24: Latest update randomly shuts down every couple days, and loses data for those days. Have to re-start, log out, log back in to get it to work. Still getting the "must enable location access" even though it is enabled. Humidity readings from all sensors 8 - 10 points high. Update 12/8/23: Latest update crashes every time on startup. Says location access needs to be enabled, but it already is. Delete & reinstall seems to work?

Absolutely DREADFUL app and ZERO support. Will not let me connect any devices. All I receive are error messages about permissions being needed despite the fact that all permissions to the app are 100% granted. VERY frustrating & disappointing. I have over $150 of useless devices. I've emailed many times to D'Addario both general customer support & accessory specific tech support with ZERO response. I have called & left voicmails, also zero response. I'd leave 0 stars if possible.
