2024-06-14	To*****	I sure hope Blushmark refunds the credits that were left on accounts that weren't spent. It's only fair to give customers their money back. I had been trying to access the website and app for weeks to make a purchase with my account credit and was unsuccessful. I have a credit on my account and would like it back since the site closed. Feel free to mail me a check!

2024-02-02	Va*****	They are rip offs!! Charging $15.99 for expedited shipping knowing that the order wouldn't be here on the expected date. Then instead of them having the courtesy to refund the expedited shipping fee they want to give you points that's worth cents. Then I emailed them about my problem and no response. It's been 4 days over as of now!!!!!

2023-01-13	Do*****	I give it only 4 stars because. I don't like the small points they give you. After you have purchased something... Also they was late on my packages and email me to late me know AFTER! it was late two days... What I did like is that they tried to fix it by given me 50 points to my account every day they late.. 50 points is 50 cents. I would have like a coupon in instead. The clothes are nice. I will order again to see if the lateness is they routine.. but over it all it's ok for me at t

2022-12-24	no*****	I initially downloaded because of this dress i saw advertised that I just had to get. Problems: Photos look VERY edited. When I try to pay, it repeatedly asks for the correct Zip Code/Billing information although mine is completely correct, & I can order from another site with the same info just fine. Alongside that; I experience a problem with the cart & wishlist that I've seen others have: The app takes & adds items to my cart & removes wishlist items upon opening the app. Deleting entirely.

2022-01-31	Je*****	I loved this app. However I had to Uninstall to free up space for my phone. When I tried to reinstall it won't let me sign in via Facebook. Which is how I always signed in. It keeps giving me an error message that something went wrong. Can someone please fix this! I'm still having the same problem and it's 2022!!

2021-12-08	Sh*****	I can't even use the app because it lags somethin' terrible.. I can't scroll without the app freezing up on me.. The items I did get to see were very cute.. I'm not even gonna attempt to make an order because I feel like something is gonna go wrong because of the horrible lagging/freezing of the app.! 🤦🏾‍♀️ The men's clothing sizes only go to XL which is a minus.! Not very much to choose from out of the "Curve+Plus" section.. Most items are for smaller more petite women which is a minus..

Trying to be objective & not offensive, the type & quality of clothes I typically buy are different than what this retailer offers. I did spend a fair amount of time browsing. Here are just two examples: 1) I only wear Nike brand shoes 2) When buying a winter jacket I prefer down insulation

It's a bootleg shein that says it's based in Los Angeles but it's in China!!!!! With cheaply made clothes from China. Everything is that horrible cheap material and nothing looks like the pictures. Please look at the pictures in the reviews don't just read the reviews on the items.

2021-09-11	Ho*****	I love ordering from here. I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered yet. I like how the points you earn can be used to purchase items as well. Only thing they need to improve on is having a bigger selection of shoes for people who wear size 10 and above. I don't want to order slide in shoes just because they are the only ones that come in a size 10.

The prices and deals are great, especially with the shipping guarantee and I'm currently excited to get my first order coming this week😁🥰. I'll rate a 5 star once I receive my order.
