2023-09-09	Da*****	The lock itself appears to be good so far but this app has a lot to be desired. Some small parts of it are in Mandarin or spelling/grammar is wrong. More importantly, the process to add a device is very faulty. The lock will report successful but the app status will not progress and eventually report failed. I had several frustrated minutes of trying again and again before I realised this and was able to verify the lock is connected.

2023-08-05	An*****	App needs major improvements. No Sms notifications unless app is open. I've spoke to Tuya who developed the app re notification issue. They advised the issue with the hardware that needs a firmware update to resolve. Therefore, could not recommend purchase of the door handle until resolved.
